The Park School is seeking Middle School Basketball Coaches for the 2026-2027 season (November 30- February 2027.)
JV Boys’ Basketball- Head and Assistant
6th Grade Boys- Head and Assistant
This is a part-time and stipend position with responsibilities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one Saturday (6th Grade). Practice and home day responsibilities begin at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games.
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
- Enthusiastic about working with middle school students
- Passionate about guiding and mentoring middle school students during a formative stage of development
- Patient, encouraging, and committed to fostering confidence, resilience, and a love of learning through sport

- The compensation range for this role is $4,500 for Head Coach and 3,500 for Assistant Coach. Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, skill set, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
